Reducing Our Waste

We are learning to understand about the environments around us and the negative of
positive impact our actions can have on these environments.

  • identify some positive actions we can take at school and in our own lives to help our

Literacy


Task: Create an infographic showing people how they can reduce their waste
in their lunchbox.   


Our co-constructed success criteria:
-Have a strong title/hook
-Use convincing language and images
-Have simple things people can do
-Use images (free to use)
-Use bullet points/ short sharp information

-Use correct punctuation and spelling.

  1. Hi Eamon, Lincoln and Alex. I was really impressed with the way you worked together as a group to make your infographic and video presentation about ways we can reduce our waste. I can see you have picked up some good ideas from the videos we have been watching, the reading we have been doing and the discussions we have had in class.

    Your infographic has good tips, good images and a strong title. One thing you could improve is your layout as it is very busy and a little hard to read.

    I loved your video. It was great to see you making a good video that got the information across.
